Ana Guedes (Portugal) is a multidisciplinary artist. Her mediums of choice are sound, video, installation and performance. Her work focuses on the "dialectics of attunement" within the frame of which she investigates threads of history and memory with the intent of recreating instances that evoke “presence”. During the residency period at De Fabriek a juxtaposition of narrative threads are played out through sound and objects in an installation that brings together different layers of a vocabulary experimenting with a sort of personal cosmogonies.
Residency program
